It will be a bummer if you start building and get hit with a fine for not obtaining a permit.
Building Permitsīefore you even start looking at shed plans you will want to call your local building inspector to find out all the requirements. With a little imagination a shed can be transformed into a playhouse, chicken coop, greenhouse, or home office. The shed, barn, or workshop doesn’t have to look bad, if done right it can be a great looking focal point in your property. A shed is perhaps one of the most functional structures in your property.
