Intel Integrated Chipsets are fairly weak and not designed for gaming, and although it might not seem like it, Minecraft is extremely hardware intensive. 1.80GHz is a very low stock processor speed, and maybe this might be the root cause of your problem. Although the CPU is dual core, it is a Celeron, which is known for its low processing power and power saving capabilities.

It seems like the laptop that you have is of relatively low power compared to most average laptops out there. The only thing that could help is getting the latest drivers for all your hardware including the graphics card, trying tune-up software like Tuneup Utilies or Advanced System Care, an antivirus scan in case you have any malware that is bogging down your performance, and as a last resort, overclocking the CPU to around 2.0~2.2GHz which will drastically improve performance, but may reduce the lifespan of your computer (make sure you read about it and understand overclocking before performing it on your own computer, as you may destroy it and void the warranty.)
